What is a group buy?
Group buys are where a group of people collectively order a product with the hope that it will reach MOQ or minimum order quantity. In most cases, this is the only way that custom products are manufactured. Group buys are usually held between two dates, known as the start and end date. If a particular group buy does not reach the required MOQ on or before the end date, then all of the orders will be cancelled and each customer will be refunded. If the group buy meets or exceeds the MOQ, then the order will be submitted to the manufacturer. Customers will receive their order once the products have been manufactured.

Yes we do! The shipping rates you see at checkout are from different carrier options we provide and based on where it's going. We are unable to provide costs lower than what is listed at checkout. We hope to make relationships with vendors on different continents in the future to alleviate the shipping costs that may be too expensive.
Can I return my product?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return on all qualified items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original keycadets tags attached and the original packaging included. All orders containing promotions must abide by the promotion's policies and requirements.
Please note: Items that have been purchased as part of a clearance sale and/or that have been marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
keycadets reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received a confirmation of your order, our team will receive your order for processing. Please note that due to the impact of the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, our current processing time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed and it’s shipment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information. If you placed a group buy order or pre-order please check the page you ordered from for detailed information on when your item should be shipped.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment that is processed by our team. Once your order has been marked as completed and released for shipping, we are unable to cancel your order, but you may return your order for a refund once you have received it. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
